ORDER POLICY
Green Faith has 2 ways to order: Order directly at the store and order via hotline.

Green Faith reserves the right to refuse an order if it sees any signs of risk, doubt or irregularity about the order, as well as unpaid or insolvent invoices.

Please note that customers should not place both orders at the same time for the same order.

Damaged products, poor quality due to improper storage by customers

The product has passed the time limit for notification and exchange

Support notification time:
The customer agrees that the product must be thoroughly checked for appearance and quantity when the delivery staff or service arrives. Customers have the right to refuse to receive products if they see errors from Green Faith’s side, and notify Green Faith hotline within 24 hours for assistance in handling, returning, exchanging or refunding.
Because of the specifics of the product, once the customer signs to confirm the receipt of the product, the customer agrees that the product will not be returned.
Return handling process:
You exchange/return goods at the correct Green Faith branch that you have purchased.
Customers can bring the product to the store for status verification.
Exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date of receipt of the return request and product condition verification.
The exchanged goods will be of the same type or will be replaced with other items of equal or higher value than the previously purchased product.
If the product is accepted for exchange, please place a new order with the product to be exchanged and proceed with payment.
Refund:
Refund processing time (if any) depends on the processing time of the payment gateway unit and the payment bank. Usually it will take 5-7 working days, or up to 45 working days depending on the domestic or international payment card, and counting from the date of receiving the customer’s request.
In case of refund to a foreign bank card, the exchange rate and fee may apply at the time of refund and according to the bank’s regulations.

PRICE
The selling price is shown in detail on the purchase invoice, valid at the time of placing the order and inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs are charged for all orders except for orders that qualify for free shipping.
PAY
Payment via credit card for online orders, and payment must be completed prior to delivery.
COD payment only applies to direct sales at the counter, or direct delivery by Green Faith in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City.
Currency applied for payment is Vietnam Dong (VND).
Customers using foreign bank cards may incur exchange rate differences and some other fees according to the bank’s regulations. Exchange rate applied at the time of customer payment.
